Eichler's Cove Marina and Beach

Eichler's Cove is Newtown's only public access to Lake Zoar! Once called Johnny Saad's Eichler's Cove Marina, the town purchased this 11-acre property in 2005. The 76-slip marina also includes a picnic area, a small beach with swimming areas, and a boat launch.
